TANTRIC YOGA
Naked men retreats
Yoga, energy and the body
A tantric approach to yoga, in a sanctuary for gay men and queer people.
What is Tantra Yoga?
Tantra Yoga isn't simply a physical variant of classical yoga: it's an approach that links body, breath and energy as a way into a wider awareness of yourself. Far from the clichés that reduce tantra to its sexual dimension alone, this practice explores the energy centres (chakras), the rising of vital energy (kundalini) and the breathing techniques (pranayama) as so many doors into presence, sensation and inner unity.
At Fantasy Farm, Tantra Yoga is part of a wider approach: understanding your body better, its suppleness, its blocks and its capacity to feel — and then, if you wish, exploring the more intimate and sacred dimension of tantric sexuality, without taboo or shame.
Where is it practised?
Tantra Yoga isn't offered as a retreat of its own: it's woven into Harmonies masculines, Fantasy Farm's naked retreats for men. That's where it's lived, through the yoga, massage, movement and creativity workshops that give these four days their rhythm.

The practice itself
The yoga workshops bring together:
Physical and tantric yoga — postures, opening the body, work on flexibility
Chakras and kundalini — the energy centres and how energy moves through them
Pranayama — breathing techniques to ground and to intensify the practice
Daily workshops to explore the body in depth and to come gradually to the energetic dimension of yoga
Free time to rest, to let things settle, and to enjoy the place
The practice is done naked, in a men-only and respectful setting.
A frame built for safety and trust
Fantasy Farm is an LGBTQI sanctuary deep in the countryside, free of alcohol and tobacco. Nudity is always practised with respect for consent and for each person's own pace. Here, tantra is approached naturally and gradually, with nothing imposed — everyone moves at their own measure.
With Mark
The retreats are led by Mark, founder of Fantasy Farm, a twice-certified yoga teacher and a qualified masseur in ayurvedic and Thai techniques. Trained in India, in Thailand and in Paris, he ran retreats and trips in South India before creating Fantasy Farm, where he now lives and teaches full time.
